Girls Night Out
I came home from a dinner date early on Friday night in Los Angeles.
The phone rang and it was my girlfriend, she's the conservative type but very nice.
She sounded totally upset and said she just needed to meet immediately because she was very depressed. As she had some argument with her date and he said she had a disagreeable personality,
Normally I wouldn't have complied with her wishes or any request to meet at last second.
But here I was dressed to go and girlfriend was upset.
Therefore I said I would meet her.
She arrived and we decided to go to a restaurant in Beverly Hills.
As we arrived I found some people I know from the acting business, attractive male actors.
I started a conversation with them and chatted for ten minutes. Ingrid interrupted and said she felt left out and needed to leave. She also asked them to drive me back home as she was too tired.
Well all I could say is the lesson learned is don't try to please everyone because it seems some people are hard to please. We all have a bad day on the other hand as sometimes life could be hard on us.
I did leave in fifteen minutes and complied with her wishes, next time I will take my own car.

The Big Weeked is Approaching
Soon we are approaching a big weekend and it's going to finally be relaxing.
Vacation time away from the office, Time to do what we want.
Some of us going out of town to enjoy the sights like
the beaches and nature.
Others are enjoying the excitement of the big city. New restaurants and clubs to be explored. Whether
we are in California or New York.
Let's have fun in whatever we do, life is to be enjoyed.
But remember this coming weekend is also about Memorial Day and we have to pay special respect to those who paid the price for this coming Holiday.

The Setting of Spring....
Monday is here and Sunday is gone.
Another Holiday weekend has flown by.
The colors of the Universe are changing. and so is the mood of the season. Spring is here and we need to be ready. All the wonderful flowers and beautiful colors of this loveliest season are out in full bloom.
Let's enjoy this wonderful setting as Spring comes only once a year!

Something Mom Couldn't Handle
Yes, I had a lot of adventures in my teens as well as my twenties.
It's probably because my mother gave me all those romance novels to read, guess she wanted to improve my reading skills and it sure did. Since my reading level went up drastically the private school in NYC I was attending was in shock and gave me an IQ test.
Well guess my Mom knew what she was doing, or did she? But I evolved.
Since I started modeling at an early age. I was wearing make-up since I was 14 years old and probably more of it. Making Mom very mad at me because I didn't know anything about eye make-up remover. I used her white towels to take off my heavy eye-liner.
My mother at that time bought me certain things I wore today. Like Leopard prints, Shocking Pink blouses, Electric Blue colored dresses.
I look great in all her ideas, even today.
But then she freaked and told me to dye my hair brunette, and I looked like the girl next door.
But my modeling agency did get Junior Modeling assignments for me with the dark hair. It felt boring to have that conservative image. Only years later when a leading LA Modeling Agency told me I would look better as a Blonde. I went back to Blonde. I have to tell you Blondes do have much more FUN.
Guess Mother freaked out in creating something she couldn't handle.
