I would like to clear the air
Hey guys,
I have received an overwhelming amount of emails from you wonderful gentlemen expressing that you were worried and concerned about me and whereabouts. So I would like to take just a few moments to clear the air and fill you in on what has been happening with me. Against popular belief I have not yet ran off to some gorgeous, tropical and warm exotic private island (although I would absolutely love to and am seriously considering it LOL) to escape all of the craziness that has been taking place here in Nashville LOL.
So I am sure you are asking yourself “Well then Raquel where in the world have you been and why is it so hard to get in touch with you lately?” Well here is a bit of an explanation that I hope helps to clear things up.
About 2 weeks ago I resumed back to the other aspect of my life as a hectic college student. And believe me when I tell you that my professors wasted no time putting us back to hard work the very first day. As I am sure many of you can remember the first week of a new semester can be very crazy and somewhat overwhelming. With trying to get back in the swing of things and get everything you need to start a productive semester.
Well the first week of class I learned a very valuable life lesson. I was catching up with a friend in one of my classes and she was telling me how she got a very horrible sinus infection over the holidays. Well I proceeded to somewhat “brag” that I had not been sick all winter (big big mistake). This conversation took place on a Thursday and by that Monday I was sick as a dog. I finally made it to the doctor on Tuesday to be told that I was suffering from a server sinus infection and bronchitis. So I have been spending the past few weeks getting lots of rest and trying to get back to my sweet and charming self LOL. So the lesson to be learned here is to never “brag” about not getting sick because it will get back at you for laughing in its face LOL. I am feeling much better now and I am still working on catching up on emails and such.
Another thing that has required a lot of my attention lately is my website. I maintain my own site but I am in no way very knowledgeable in it LOL. I just have to learn as I go and hope for the best LOL. Well let me tell you it doesn’t always turn out for the best. So while I was laid up in the bed sick somehow my site got knocked off of the sever. As soon as I noticed this I immediately contacted my hosting company and they got it back up right away. I thought that is had only been down that day but when I went to check on the traffic statistics of my site I realized that it had been down for almost 6 days before I noticed it. Although I think I look fabulous I don’t go look at myself every day so that is how this unfortunate situation slipped past me LOL. I have been keeping a very close eye on it ever since and there has not been anymore issues with it.
So in conclusion I am feeling much better now and just as frisky as ever. All of the technical difficulties are now fixed on my website and it is back up and running. School is still driving me crazy (but then again it always has) LOL. I would also like to extend a sincere apology to all of you that contacted me during this time and did not receive a timely response from me. And lastly I will be sure to make an announcement when I do decide to run away to a gorgeous, tropical and warm exotic private island.

Well I finally did it
So I got really bored today and decided to be adventurous and take some new pictures today. I always take my own photos and I usually dread doing it because it can be so frustrating. But today I really enjoyed myself and had a good time. I really hope it shined through because these are my favorite ones thus far.

For those that have contacted me recently PLEASE READ
As most of you know I launched a new website on the 7th of this month. I thought everything was ok with the site before I ever presented it to the public but apparently I am experiencing MAJOR technical difficulties.
It was brought to my attention today that my contact form is NOT WORKING AT ALL. I tried it myself and sure enough I never received the information. I then had several others fill it out as a test and I didn’t receive those either. I am not sure how long this problem has been going on but I have contacted my web designer and I am working to have this problem resolved immediately.
If you have contacted me and I have not responded back I apologize. I would never intentionally ignore anyone for any reason. I would at least send you an email and let you know that I am not interested in meeting. So if you have filled out my form and not got a response back PLEASE just send me your information directly to meetsweetraquel@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Again I apologize if I have upset anyone and I will let you all know as soon as this problem is resolved.

Ok so I have been a bad girl
I know I have been a bad girl and I haven’t done a very good job of writing new blogs. So I promise I will try to do a little better. Things have just been crazy lately. School is driving me mad and keeping me insanely busy.
Although I do have some good news for you all, after several months I have finally finished a brand new website. I absolutely love it and I think you will too.
