Random Bits (Visiting Seattle 7/12 - 7/20)
I am leaving for Seattle Saturday evening. I am driving up from San Francisco and will be arriving in Seattle Sunday noontime.
I will be staying in downtown Seattle for the duration of my visit. I'm really happy because I love Seattle and it's where I preferred to live when I made Washington my home. I will be staying in a beautiful loft style apartment with a fabulous view of the Puget Sound. Being able to wake up and see the water everyday will just be amazing! It's a guaranteed natural mood enhancer. I love water. I can't wait.
Hunter Haze will be traveling to Seattle with me. We've been all over the San Francisco Bay area including Reno during the last few weeks. Good times! Now we are off to Seattle July 12th - 20th. I'm not really sure what is after that. We might go to Salt Lake City and Denver. There is a possibility that we might even stop in Boise,ID on the way to SLC. It all depends if there is any interest in us stopping and if we can find any boards to post on for these cities.
The 4th of July was fun. Hunter & I went and met with some of my friends & family at Folsom Lake for a BBQ. A lot of people came out. It was good to see all the kids. We prepared a ton of food the night before. Chicken, Steak & Vegetable Kabobs, Potato Salad, Bean Salad, Pasta Salad and a yummy Red Velvet Cake for desert. Needless to say we ALL ate really good!
Hunter and I have really been all over. It's hard to even think of all the places right now. I am always tweeting about our adventures and taking candid pics along the way. If interested in what I am doing you should follow me on twitter.

We took the Challenger out for the 4th of July - I LOVE that car. It's so much fun to drive. I have to be really careful not to get pulled over because it is hard to drive it slow. It doesn't help at all that it is bright orange. It draws a TON of attention. It's a 6 speed and a gas guzzling V8 - which is not practical with gas here at $3.09 a gallon for regular unleaded. That's why it doesn't get driven full time. Enjoy the self portrait below of me from the inside!
I look forward to seeing you in Seattle! :)
